What are you working on? - Genres: Puzzle, Word Games, Casual - Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android For which tasks (responsibilities)? - Launch and scale incentivized traffic as part of the overall UA strategy - Work with offerwall and rewarded networks: Mistplay, Adjoe, Exmox, Tapjoy, and similar platforms - Select and optimize payout models (CPI / CPA / CPE), event-based goals, and partnership terms - Analyze traffic quality: event completion speed, post-install behavior, retention, and fraud - Track cohort profitability and analyze the full funnel from install to revenue - Collaborate with Product and Monetization teams to improve incentivized user conversion through milestone structure, early-game progression, and reward pacing What kind of professional are we looking for? - 2+ years in mobile UA, including at least 1 year in incentivized traffic / offerwall - Strong understanding of the rewarded ecosystem, including event goals, payouts, and network auction mechanics - Experience with IAA / hybrid monetization - Data-driven approach to decision-making based on ROI, payback, and LTV - Hands-on experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust): event tracking, attribution, and fraud prevention - Ability to independently manage the channel and build processes from scratch Nice to Have - Experience with puzzle / word games - Experience with long LTV projects (180+ day payback) - Experience in fraud prevention and traffic quality control - Experience designing progression systems for incentivized users What are the conditions and bonuses? - 🌴 18 business days of compensated day-offs - 8 paid Personal Days a year + 1 day is added every year - 👉 Flexible Public Holidays policy - ❤️‍🩹 100% Sick Leave compensation - 💻 Payment for wear and tear on equipment while using a personal computer - 🌐 Remote work
