If you're passionate about transforming complex information into clear, user-friendly documentation and enjoy working with innovative technologies, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities - Create and maintain user guides, manuals, online help, and knowledge base content. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate, high-quality documentation. - Manage structured content using XML authoring tools and CCMS platforms. - Use AI-powered authoring tools to improve content quality and efficiency. - Develop templates, standards, and reusable content. - Support documentation for software, cloud-based, AI-enabled, and medical products.
