The Role: We are looking for a full-time Associate / Investment Manager to join our team. This role is designed for a visionary investor keen to shape the future of impact-driven companies. You will play a crucial role in expanding Ananda’s influence within the impact investing ecosystem by identifying, evaluating, and nurturing high-potential startups. Responsibilities: - Lead the identification and evaluation of new investment opportunities in groundbreaking deep-tech impact sectors. - Oversee the entire investment cycle from initial discovery through deal closure, including due diligence, structuring, and securing investment committee approval. - Engage with and support our portfolio companies, potentially taking on board or observer roles. - Cultivate a robust network of stakeholders, including at industry events across Europe, enhancing Ananda’s presence and impact.
