Business Analyst Sales Coverage- Banking

We are currently looking for Business Analyst Sales Coverage for our Qatar operations Education & Experience Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline. - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Banking, Business Analysis, Strategy, Transformation, Coverage, or Operating Model initiatives, preferably within a leading regional or international financial institution. - Experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping, operating model design, and stakeholder management. - Exposure to Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Transaction Banking, or Coverage environments is preferred. - Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous. Required Special Skills: - Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English. - Good interpersonal and presentation skills. - Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices. - Ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives. - Personal integrity and self-management. - Planning, organising, and analytical ability. - Results oriented.
