We are an architecture and design firm with over seven years of experience specializing in residential projects, with a focus on high-end and luxury apartments. Our work involves architectural design, project development, and site execution, ensuring quality and attention to detail throughout every stage of the project. Location: Dbayeh, Lebanon Experience: Entry-Level to Mid-Level We are looking for a motivated and organized Site Architect to join our team and assist with the coordination and follow-up of ongoing construction projects. Key Responsibilities: ● Follow up on daily site activities and coordinate with site workers. ● Communicate and explain updated architectural plans and drawings to the site team. ● Ensure that site execution follows the approved drawings and specifications. ● Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors regarding materials, deliveries, and technical requirements. ● Assist in resolving site-related issues and coordinating between the office and the construction site. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max is required. Ability to read, prepare, and update architectural drawings. Experience in 3D modeling and rendering is an advantage.
