Corporate Gov, Compliance Analyst

I have an exciting opportunity  *Candidates MUST be able to work on W2 to qualify for this role.* ​ Job Title: Compliance Analyst Duration: 4 Months Location: Pleasanton, CA Job Description: - Coordinates compliance processes and procedures across organizational and functional boundaries. - Researches regulatory requirements, assists in the development of internal policies and procedures to support the compliance department and prepares various reports and other compliance documents. - Assists in providing guidance to senior management regarding compliance regulatory policies, practices and internal controls. Liaisons with internal and external auditors regarding all aspects of corporate compliance issues. Experience Level: BA or BS preferred; minimum 3+ years of direct relevant experience. This could be a remote role for the right candidate. This position will work on Audits of processes and areas. Candidates must have: - Ability to analyze reports. - Background in Continuous Improvement.  - Asset Management experience is a plus. Lean/Six Sigma background is highly preferred, not required.
