Product Lead - Operations

About the Role Bosta is opening a Product Lead - Ops position in the Ops tribe of the Product Team. The Product Lead leads one or more product managers and owns a part of the business verticals within the Ops tribe. Under this umbrella, the Product Lead collaborates with more than one squad and is accountable for the product results across them. This is a role built around the hubs. The Product Lead is on the hub floor at least twice a week, understands how parcels, couriers and hub teams actually work, and turns what they see into clear product decisions. The first question is always whether a process change solves the problem; a tech solution comes only when it does not. The role also covers hubs outside Cairo & Giza, in the Delta and Upper Egypt, where cut-off times and operations flows differ and the product has to fit how each hub runs. The Product Lead has to deliver focused impact across several scopes at the same time, and has to speak the same language as the operations people who use the products every day.
