This position serves as the Finance Manager for Eurofarma USA and is a key member of the local leadership team. The role partners closely with the CEO/General Manager and other functional leaders to support strategic decision-making, financial performance, compliance, and business growth.tegic priorities. The position requires strong collaboration across multiple functions, including Commercial, Human Resources, Regulatory Affairs, and Corporate Finance. As such, the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and influence across functions is essential for success. The role also serves as an important link between the U.S. operation and regional/global finance teams, ensuring alignment with corporate governance standards, financial reporting requirements, and stra Key Responsibilities Strategic Finance & Business Partnership - Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to support business strategy and decision-making - Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and insights to guide key initiativesFinancial Planning & Performance - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes - Drive performance monitoring and provide actionable insightsCash Flow & Financial Discipline - Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management - Support capital allocation and financial disciplineAccounting, Compliance & Controls - Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies - Lead audits, tax filings, and maintain strong internal controlsOperations & Execution - Oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability - Drive continuous improvement across financial processesStakeholder Management - Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external advisorsLeadership - Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance teamQualifications Education - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field - MBA or advanced degree preferred - CPA or equivalent certification is a strong plusExperience - 8–12+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting - Proven leadership experience - Strong background in both strategic finance and operational execution - Experience with U.S. GAAP, audits, and tax environment - Experience working closely with senior leadership - Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred.
