We are looking for fun, friendly and outgoing people to join our Customer Service team in Edmonton!
What does a Customer Service Team Member do?
- Answer incoming phone calls and return voicemails
- Reach out by phone to our past customers to book them in again
- Respond to email inquiries
- Collect payments over the phone and online
- Respond in real time to online chats (yes - a real human answers those!)
- Other tasks as needed
We are currently looking for folks with:
- Tuesday afternoon availability (starting at 3pm or earlier)
- 1 other weekday
- Saturday/Sunday
