Our partner is looking for a Team Manager | Healthcare | Provider Data Management based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced healthcare team leader to oversee provider data management operations and drive the performance of a high-volume team. In this role, you will supervise daily workflows, ensure the accuracy and consistency of provider demographic and credentialing information, and maintain operational quality standards. You will coach and develop team members while monitoring productivity, turnaround times, and key performance indicators.
