Senior Vice President, Managed Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Vice President, Managed Services based in the United States. As Senior Vice President, Managed Services, you will lead the commercial strategy, financial performance, and long-term growth of a recurring-revenue cloud services business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the business P&L, with accountability for monthly recurring revenue, net revenue retention, gross margin, and strategic client relationships. You will lead a multidisciplinary organization across the United States and Latin America, partnering with senior executives to strengthen service delivery, client success, and operational performance. This is a commercially focused leadership role that combines executive client engagement, financial discipline, and organizational development rather than day-to-day service delivery management. You will also help shape the evolution of an AI-enabled managed services model, leveraging automation and platform capabilities to improve efficiency and customer value.
