Senior ServiceNow Requirements Specialist

The Senior ServiceNow Requirements Specialist will support a federal Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and sustainment program by leading agile requirements development and management. This role focuses on understanding customer missions, identifying operational needs, and translating them into clear, actionable technical requirements aligned with the ServiceNow platform. Working closely with customer representatives, product owners, architects, and agile delivery teams, you will facilitate requirements gathering and shape user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications. You will also contribute to scope definition, effort estimation, and regression testing strategies to support reliable platform enhancements.
