Senior Product Owner / Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Owner / Product Manager based in the United States. As a Senior Product Owner / Product Manager, you will lead the development of a new software application for a U.S. public-sector client, taking it from early concept through launch. Joining a small, fast-moving team with a startup mindset, you will own the product backlog and work closely with engineers and UX designers throughout the development lifecycle. You will drive product discovery, engage directly with users, validate ideas, and translate business needs into actionable product requirements. Balancing customer value, technical complexity, and delivery priorities, you will help shape the product vision and roadmap while ensuring the team remains focused on meaningful outcomes. This is a hands-on opportunity for an entrepreneurial product leader who has successfully built and launched a product from the ground up. The application will be developed on Google Cloud in a fully remote environment.
