Head of Lead Generation

We are looking for a hands-on and strategic Head of Lead Generation to build, manage, and scale high-performing lead generation operations. With cold calling as your primary focus, you will combine practical sales expertise with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of outbound professionals. You will take ownership of lead generation performance, refine existing strategies, and explore additional channels to reach potential B2B customers. By leveraging technology, AI tools, and automation, you will help make outbound processes more efficient and scalable.
