As a General Liability Claim Supervisor, you will oversee the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of multi-line insurance claims, with a particular focus on General Liability and Auto. You will ensure that claims are handled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable regulations, client requirements, and established quality standards. Combining hands-on claims management with team supervision, you will guide claim professionals, support complex and litigated cases, and strengthen overall service delivery. You will also manage reserves, settlements, vendor relationships, and payment decisions while maintaining strong client partnerships.
