Director of Operations - AI Native Operations

Our partner is looking for a Director of Operations – AI-Native Operations based in the United States. As Director of Operations, you will lead the operational engine of a fast-growing roofing business, overseeing its people, processes, financial performance, and technology infrastructure. This high-autonomy leadership role combines traditional business operations with an innovative AI-native operating model, where automated agents manage key workflows around the clock. Reporting directly to the owner, you will have significant decision-making authority and responsibility for six core areas: AI agent oversight, sales operations, production, financial performance, marketing, and people management. You will ensure the business continues to grow profitably while protecting margins and strengthening operational efficiency. A major priority will be developing and scaling the retail sales process to support the next stage of growth.
