Contracts Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Contracts Manager based in the United States. As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of federal government prime contracts and subcontracts, ensuring contractual compliance and effective risk management. Working remotely, you will collaborate with teams across Operations, Finance, Accounting, Security, Pricing, and Procurement to support critical government programs. You will serve as a key point of contact for Contracting Officers and prime contractors, helping negotiate agreements and resolve complex contractual matters. This role combines strategic guidance with hands-on contract administration, from pre-award activities through closeout. You will also help strengthen internal processes, improve operational efficiency, and protect business interests through proactive contract and funding management. Your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of important national security and civilian missions.
