ABOUT FUEL CYCLE Fuel Cycle empowers leading organizations with agile research solutions that deliver decision-ready insights — fast, flexible, and fully integrated. As a market research disruptor, our AI-powered Insights Platform is built for speed, precision, and scale. With cutting-edge tools and seamless audience connectivity, we help brands ditch the guesswork and make smarter, customer-led decisions at lightning speed. WHY WORK AT FUEL CYCLE? Join a high-growth team where curiosity is valued, ownership is encouraged, and your work drives real-world impact. Whether you're based at our Los Angeles HQ, New York City hub, working remotely across the U.S., or part of our global team in India, you'll help shape the future of decision intelligence for some of the world's most iconic brands. OVERVIEW Fuel Cycle is hiring a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to run our funnel end to end: the channels that bring buyers in (paid, search, website), the workflows that move them toward a conversation, and the handover that puts them in front of Sales with context. You'll report to the Sr. Marketing Director and partner closely with RevOps, Sales and our content creator. Campaign strategy and positioning are set together; getting campaigns built, launched, measured and improved is yours, and you'll grow into full ownership of specific channels over time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Growth Channels & Experimentation • Run paid search and social, organic search and website conversion day to day. • Plan and ship tests; manage budget pacing and vendors. • Optimize for qualified inbound, not traffic. Funnel, Lifecycle & Sales Handover • Build nurture, retargeting and re-engagement programs that move leads from first touch to opportunity. • Own lead capture, scoring and campaign tracking in the marketing automation platform. • Act as marketing’s conduit to RevOps and Sales so every qualified lead reaches a rep with context, inside SLA. • Build and maintain lead scoring, routing and handover automations in partnership with RevOps and CRM governance; flag what falls through. Campaign Build & Launch • Turn campaign plans and content into live landing pages, forms, emails and audiences. • QA everything; ship on time. Performance & Reporting • Monitor channel and funnel performance daily; deliver a weekly read-out on what is working and what to do next. • Use AI tools to speed up setup, reporting and documentation. YOUR SUCCESS METRICS • Inbound lead volume and quality: Growth in qualified inbound leads and demo requests from the channels you run, measured against targets set with the Director. • Handover and data integrity: Every inbound lead routed to the right rep with context, within SLA, with no unworked demo requests; campaign tracking, lead source and lifecycle data in the CRM are accurate and trusted. • Channel efficiency: Improving cost per qualified lead and conversion rates at every funnel stage (first touch through MQL, SQL and opportunity) across search, paid, email and website. • Campaign throughput: Campaigns and workflows launched on schedule, QA’d, and reported on weekly. WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH You report to the Sr. Marketing Director and work daily with our marketing content creator. You'll partner with RevOps, and with the SDR and Sales teams on what they need to move deals through the pipeline, including which leads and verticals to target. You'll also work with vendors and platforms on paid media and search as directed. CORE SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & ATTRIBUTES Skills • Paid search, paid social and email nurture program management • Funnel instrumentation and analytics: building tracking end to end and reading A/B tests • Lead scoring, routing and automation workflows in a B2B marketing automation platform Competencies • Campaign execution: Turns a brief and finished content into a launched, tracked campaign quickly. • Reporting and communication: Clear weekly read-outs; tells the Director what happened, why, and what to do next. • Cross-functional collaboration: Works with RevOps and Sales, keeps commitments, and communicates their needs back to the team. • AI fluency: Uses AI tools to work faster on setup, QA, reporting and documentation. Attributes • Detail and ownership: Comfortable in the details; notices when data is off, fixes root causes, and does not let leads fall through. • Organized: Able to run several campaigns at once. • Test-and-learn mindset: Curious, and comfortable shipping experiments and acting on the results. WHAT YOU'LL BRING (REQUIRED) • Experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing (typically 3+ years), including hands-on use of a CRM or marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Pardot or similar). • Track record running paid search, paid social and email nurture programs measured on qualified leads and pipeline, not just traffic. • Working knowledge of web funnels and analytics: Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. • Ability to instrument a funnel end to end and interpret A/B test results. PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED • Hands-on SEO experience (keyword research, on-page optimization, technical basics, content performance tracking) with tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs. • Experience building lead scoring, routing and automation workflows in a B2B marketing automation platform. • Experience working directly with RevOps or Sales teams. • Experience with AI/GEO search optimization and AI-assisted marketing workflows. • Experience with intent and enrichment tools (for example Warmly, G2, Clay) and ABM programs. • Experience working with engineering to build and scale agentic marketing workflows. • SaaS, AI or market research industry experience. BENEFITS & PERKS Fuel Cycle is committed to supporting the well-being, flexibility, and growth of our team.
