PRINCIPAL DUTIES:  - Generate and distribute weekly open order reports and shortage reports- for each supplier - Upload supplier commit dates into SAP/LeanDNA - Obtain and communicate shipment tracking information to Planning and Receiving teams to ensure visibility of incoming materials - Maintain accurate tracking/shipment information in SAP/LeanDNA - Track supplier shipments and coordinate with Transportation teams to resolved delivery issues and escalations - Monitor, track and report on supplier compliance to delivery due dates, identify risks to late delivery - Other duties may be assigned.  Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required. - Working knowledge of SAP/MAPICS and experience in SAP/MAPICS environment a Must -  Preferred Qualifications - Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. - Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel. - General understanding of manufacturing and production processes. - Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills essential.
