Web Designer

BIS Safety Software is a SaaS company on a mission to change how organizations manage safety, learning, and compliance. Since 2006, we've been building innovative software that helps companies simplify training, improve compliance, and keep their people safe. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail who can help us maintain the quality and accuracy of the online courses available through our platform. About the Role This is a hands-on design role at the centre of our marketing team. You'll design the web pages, landing pages, ads, emails, and lead-driving content that move people from first click to conversion, and you'll bring the same polish to trade show materials, print, and brochures. Your work unlocks the work of others. Developers build from your designs, marketers launch campaigns with your assets, and the rest of the business looks to you for what good design looks like. That means delivering on timelines and being able to explain the rationale behind every choice you make. This is a role for a designer who does the work, not one who delegates it. You'll bring strong ideas, explain the thinking behind them, and see them through to a polished finish. We use AI tools and we're happy for you to use them too, but we need someone with the craft to get the details right themselves. This is an in-person role based out of our Sherwood Park, AB office.
