Business Systems Analyst ~ Automation

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in intelligent automation, robotic process automation (RPA), and AI-driven solutions to help optimize business operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in automation development, UiPath, Workbot technologies, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and emerging agentic AI capabilities, with a proven ability to identify, analyze, and implement scalable automation opportunities. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, including process discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
