About the role

Contract ManagementSQLExcelHRIS
Our Talent Operations team is redefining scale through AI and automation. Over the past year we have automated high-volume work like interview scheduling, streamlined our ATS workflows and used AI tools to document our processes and put answers at our team's fingertips. The result is a lean, high-leverage team that supports hiring across the US, Portugal, India, the Philippines and beyond. And we are just beginning, as we launch additional AI tools as we speak. We are looking for an energetic self-starter to lead the next chapter. You get genuinely excited about AI, automation and great systems, and you love finding better ways to work. You will own our recruiting tools, lead a small global team, and build the processes that make hiring run smoothly worldwide. You see a manual process and are already thinking about how to automate it. You take initiative, bring ideas and recommendations, and move fast to turn them into results. What you'll do Own the TA tech stack - Own our recruiting tech stack end to end: Greenhouse, GoodTime, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, CoderPad, plus their integrations with Workday. - Support vendor evaluations, renewals and negotiations. Before every purchase or renewal, analyze past usage, forecast future needs and bring a clear recommendation. - Configure and optimize tools so they are simple to use, drive adoption and retire what we no longer need. Automate everything you can - Find manual, repetitive work and remove it through automation, integrations and AI. - Build workflows in Greenhouse and GoodTime that cut handoffs, errors and turnaround time. - Stay ahead of recruiting technology and AI, and pilot what will make a real difference. Bring a data mindset - Partner with our people data team to define what we measure and build the dashboards recruiting relies on, such as pipeline health, time to fill, offer acceptance and recruiter capacity. - Build and automate simple reports yourself, so you can answer everyday questions quickly without waiting on anyone. - Back your recommendations with data, from tool renewals to process changes, and spot trends before they become problems. - Keep our ATS data clean so everyone can trust the numbers. Lead the operations team - Lead, coach and develop the Talent Operations Coordinators who own requisition and offer approvals, offer delivery and interview scheduling. - Design schedules and coverage that work for recruiters, hiring managers and candidates across time zones. - Set clear service levels and measure how the team performs against them. Standardize process and enable recruiters - Create, standardize and document recruiting processes, and keep our knowledge base current. - Create documentation to train recruiters and hiring managers on our tools and processes, track adoption and fix friction quickly. Navigate globally and cross-functionally - Partner with People, Legal, Finance, Compensation and IT to build and improve offers, contracts and approval workflows. - Support international hiring, including country-specific offer and contract requirements and our employer-of-record partners. - Ensure every offer and contract is accurate and compliant with local employment law, pay transparency rules and our internal policies. - Partner with Legal and People on hiring compliance What you bring - 6+ years in talent operations, recruiting operations, recruiting systems or people analytics at a fast-growing tech company, including experience leading a team. - Deep, hands-on ATS experience, ideally as a Greenhouse admin configuring workflows, permissions, reports and integrations. - A genuine love of technology and automation, with experience using integrations, no-code automation tools or AI to remove manual work. - Strong analytical skills. You are fluent in Excel or Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables, automated reports) and have built dashboards in a BI or reporting tool. SQL is a plus. - Hands-on experience managing offers and employment documentation, including offer letters, contracts, approvals and the handoff to onboarding. - Working knowledge of US employment law and hiring compliance, such as pay transparency, exempt vs. non-exempt classification, I-9 and background checks, and EEO. You also understand how hiring requirements differ across countries. - Commercial judgment, with experience evaluating, buying and negotiating with HR tech vendors and using data to make the case. - Experience supporting hiring across multiple countries. - A strategic, independent mindset. You bring a point of view and a recommendation, not just a question. - Clear communication and the confidence to present to senior leaders.
