With 11 patents, Odaseva manages 50 trillion records and supports 100 million users.  About the role As the sole HR Business Partner on the ground in EMEA, you will be the operational backbone of Human Resources for our teams in France, Germany, and the UK. You will work closely with the field to support our Managers through their daily challenges. This role requires a proactive, pragmatic, and operationally hands-on HRBP who will ensure positive employee experience with the teams you support. You must be comfortable operating independently, exercising sound judgment, taking ownership, and proactively addressing people challenges while knowing when to engage global HR teams.
