Network & Security Administrator – Korean/English Bilingual

• Location: Holland, MI • Salary: $71,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience • Experience: 3–10 years • Korean/English Bilingual Required • Operate and manage network and security infrastructure including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, VPN gateways, endpoint protection, and security monitoring tools. • Perform real-time monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and remediation. • Design, implement, and maintain secure architecture across LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure. • Collaborate with IT infrastructure and application teams to ensure security requirements are incorporated into system design and deployment. • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, and compliance audits (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.). • Enforce security policies, procedures, and controls in line with industry best practices. • Manage configuration, updates, and patching of security systems. • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and incidents. • Operate and support physical security systems including access control, surveillance (CCTV), and building entry systems. • Support rollout of global security policies in coordination with HQ. • Assist in managing vendor contracts, renewals, and performance for security-related equipment and systems. • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Relevant experience in network security or security administration. • Strong knowledge of security protocols (IPSec, SSL/TLS, RADIUS, 802.1X) and network protection strategies. • Experience with threat detection systems (IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/XDR). • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) for documentation and reporting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean. ■ Preferred Qualifications • Relevant certifications such as CCNP Security, CISSP, Fortinet NSE, or Azure Security Engineer. • Experience in large-scale enterprise or manufacturing IT environments. • Familiarity with LG IT security solutions and compliance standards.
