Permanent 25-30 hours per week
Salary 32,000 pro rata (25-30 hours per week)
A family owned Independent Irish retail business operating a number of supermarkets across Ireland is looking for an accounts assistant to join their head office team based near Naas Co. Kildare
Responsibilities
- Reconciling invoices with PODs on our central billing system
- Posting invoices onto accounting software (sage)
- Monthly supplier payments
- Creditors reconciliations
- Bank Reconciliations
- Assisting with month end processes
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Maintaining and following up on invoice queries and credit requests
- Payroll
Requirements
- Previous experience in an accounting role
- Great communication skills
- Organised and great attention to detail
- Strong Excel Skills
- Can do attitude
