About the Role We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces for promotional activities, brand activations, and special events. Responsibilities - Assist with setting up event spaces according to provided instructions. - Arrange tables, displays, signage, and promotional materials. - Organize event supplies and ensure materials are ready before activities begin. - Help maintain clean, safe, and organized event areas. - Support the breakdown and storage of event equipment after activities. - Coordinate with team members to complete setup tasks on schedule. - Assist with general event needs as they arise.
