Deli Assistant (Full-Time) SPAR Westwood is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Full-Time Deli Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving high-quality food products, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring the deli area is presented to the highest standard. The successful candidate must be available to work morning shifts Monday to Friday, as well as weekends as required. - Provide a friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers - Prepare and serve deli food products in accordance with company procedures - Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation - Ensure compliance with all food safety and HACCP requirements - Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation and replenishment - Operate deli equipment safely - Maintain a clean and organised work area at all times - Assist with deliveries and merchandising activities as required - Adhere to all company policies and health and safety procedures - Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
