Personal Injury Attorney

Windsor Troy Law, LLP, is a civil litigation firm that focuses on plaintiff's side personal injury and school/government liability cases. We’re looking for a recently licensed Personal Injury Attorney to join our team and begin building a successful career in personal injury law. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly admitted attorney who is eager to learn, develop litigation skills, and work alongside an experienced legal team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Manage a caseload of various types of personal injury matters in litigation - Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, including filing complaints - Draft meet and confer letters to opposing counsel regarding discovery disputes - Prepare clients for depositions and other applicable hearings - Take and defend depositions throughout the course of litigation - Prepare and respond to motions, including dispositive motions - Attend court appearances - Negotiate settlements for personal injury cases - Direct and support investigation on all assigned litigation matters Qualifications - Recently admitted to the Bar and licensed to practice law in the applicable state. - Strong interest in Personal Injury law. - Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required - Strong communication and client service skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with legal case management software is a plus. - Conducting Depositions Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 a year Here at Windsor Troy Law, LLP, we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance.
