Workforce Intelligence Consultant About Axuall Built with leading healthcare systems, Axuall is a clinical workforce intelligence company built on top of a national real-time practitioner data network. It enables healthcare systems, staffing firms, telehealth organizations, and health plans to accelerate clinician onboarding, improve hiring and workforce planning, and maintain accurate provider data across enterprise systems. By delivering trusted data, AI-powered insights, and seamless data exchange, Axuall empowers healthcare organizations to improve operational efficiency, strengthen clinical coverage, and support revenue capture. Axuall's investors and the organizations they represent comprise over two dozen of the nation's leading healthcare organizations that recognize the imperative to improve clinical workforce efficiency amid significant economic and staffing challenges. About the Role Axuall is seeking an experienced, client-facing healthcare analytics professional to lead executive engagements for our workforce intelligence suite of products. These products combine Axuall's curated clinical workforce data network with AI, so health system leaders can answer their hardest workforce and market questions in days rather than weeks. You will be the person who sits down with a CMO, COO, or department chair, understands the decision they are facing, and uses Claude and Axuall's data to produce the analysis, report, or interactive tool that answers it. You will also help us learn which of those engagements are repeatable, and those learnings will shape the library of agents and analyses we offer. What You’ll Do As a member of the product organization, with a dotted line to our head of Customer Experience, you will own client engagements for Axuall's workforce intelligence suite, from first conversation to finished deliverable. Specific responsibilities include: - Partner directly with health system leaders (CEOs, COOs, CMOs, CFOs, department chairs, recruiting and credentialing leaders) to understand their strategic questions and define the analysis that answers them - Lead collaborative design sessions with customers and prospects, in person and virtual - Use Claude and the Axuall MCP data connector to run analyses, test hypotheses, and build deliverables: reports, spreadsheets, slides, and interactive tools - Cover topics such as provider market supply and demand, recruitment targets and feasibility, competitor and alignment analysis, attrition and succession exposure, and service-line growth - Review every output for accuracy and executive usefulness before it reaches a client. A wrong answer on a strategic decision costs trust, so rigor is part of the job - Refine prompts, templates, and analysis approaches, and build a reusable library from what works - Validate the market: capture which questions executives ask, what they value, what they'd pay for, and where the data or product falls short - Share your findings with the product team in a structured form, such as use-case recommendations and feedback on output quality - Support sales and client services with demos, executive conversations, and engagement scoping What You’ll Bring - 5 - 7 years of healthcare analytics experience, with a track record of working closely with executives to answer key strategic questions using claims and market data. - Healthcare analytics or consulting experience working with health system executives, whether at a consulting or advisory firm, a healthcare data and analytics company, or inside a health system strategy or planning group. - A proven record of turning data into insight that executives act on, including executive-ready reports and presentations - Strong understanding of the provider market: physician recruitment and retention, workforce supply and demand, service-line strategy, and referral and alignment dynamics - Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, including the judgment to tell a credible finding from a plausible-sounding one - Demonstrated technical interest in AI and a habit of adopting modern technologies to answer questions faster and better. You might have used Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini for analysis, built workflows or automations, or experimented with new tools on your own. You do not need a software engineering background, but you should be curious, hands-on, and aware of how LLMs can go wrong - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the presence to run a working session with a C-suite leader - A track record of ownership, initiative, and delivering results in ambiguous, fast-moving environments What You'll Get From Us We offer a wide range of benefits for our team including: - Comprehensive Health Insurance - 401(k) with Employer Match - Wellness Stipend - Professional Development Reimbursement - Work From Home Stipend - Remote Work Flexibility - Flexible PTO - Paid parental leave In addition, Axuall is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace that reflects the communities we serve and empowers every employee to reach their full potential. We encourage DEI through our Diversity in Tech (DiT) Employee Resource Group along with impactful programming that supports and fosters a place of belonging for our team members every day. Equal Employment Opportunity & Pay Equity Commitment We offer a wide range of benefits for our team, including comprehensive health insurance, unlimited PTO/vacation days, remote work flexibility, 401(k), fitness stipends, travel-to-work stipends, continuous education support, and family leave. Axuall is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or veteran status Interview Path - Talent Acquisition Interview - Hiring Manager Interview - Team Interviews - Presentation - Reference Calls - Hiring Decision This role may be performed from any U.S. jurisdiction in which Axuall is registered to do business. Please note that certain localities may impose additional employment requirements that will be addressed during the hiring process. Please also note that we are currently unable to sponsor visas. While this role is remote-first, we require employees to attend an in-person orientation at our headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. There may also be occasional instances where travel is needed.
