Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Eleken is a product design partner for SaaS companies. We work on a subscription-based model, giving clients a fast, stable, experienced UI/UX design team that integrates into their workflow. Who we're looking for? Someone who can both find the right companies — reading the signals that tell you a SaaS product needs design help right now. And reaching out to leads, starting a conversation, discovering the pain points and asking the one question that makes them tell you what's actually broken. By the time you hand a lead to a Business Development Manager, you should know what hurts and how UI/UX design could help them resolve the pain. You'll work alongside Kateryna Kruhlova and a team of experienced lead generation specialists, inside a department that already has defined ICPs, clear KPIs and a transparent pipeline.
