About TensorWave Our mission is simple: deliver seamless, secure, reliable, and resilient AI compute at scale. We've built a versatile cloud platform that eliminates infrastructure barriers, empowering builders to focus on innovation instead of fighting their stack. Because breakthrough AI should move at the speed of ideas, not infrastructure. About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you’ll be the program owner for compute deployment: the BOMs, vendor and contractor agreements, budgets and global contractor workforce that turn delivered racks and power into running GPU capacity. You will sit in the Infrastructure organization as the right hand to its leader and supply the compute-side plan that the EVP of Cluster Deployment’s forecast depends on. You will also work as a peer partner to the Network Design team so compute build and fabric designs land together. This is a program role, not a project or TPM role: you own the operating model, the commercials, and the outcomes across many concurrent deployments. What You’ll Do Compute BOMs and Build Standards - Build, own and manage per-cluster BOMs built around fully integrated AMD Instinct racks: rack elevations, configurations, servers, NICs and spares, for current generations and upcoming rack-scale platforms. - Rack cabling and optics are co-led with the Network and DC Build teams. - Keep BOMs versioned by platform generation and aligned with engineering's reference architecture. Compute Inputs to the Deployment Forecast - Supply the EVP of Cluster Deployment with compute costs, lead times, labor estimates and spares requirements for each planned build. - Track compute readiness against that forecast and raise risks early. Vendor and Contractor Agreements - Lead the RFQ/RFP process, vendor identification, selection and negotiation for deployment integrators, smart-hands and managed-service providers. - Own MSAs, SOWs, rate cards and SLAs with Legal and Finance. Global Contractor Program - Create and lead a multi-regional contractor program for integrated rack receiving, placement, turn-up, burn-in, break/fix and RMA handling. - Develop and lead the vendor and contractor lifecycle: identification, management and performance evaluation, through project acceptance criteria, work and deliverable audits, vendor scorecards and replacing underperformers. Deployment Operations - Run concurrent site deployments from hardware arrival through handoff to the deployment engineering team. - Own program reporting, risk register and budget tracking for compute deployment. Steady-State Fleet Operations - Own the contractor and vendor model for ongoing hardware operations: spares depots, field replacement SLAs and cost per rack. Who You Are Required Qualifications - 12+ years in infrastructure, datacenter or technology operations, including 5+ years leading multi-site - datacenter programs. - Experience owning a multi-eight-figure budget, with measurable savings from vendor negotiation and - capacity planning. - End-to-end datacenter buildouts: scoping, building and managing the hardware BOM, procurement, - staffing and turn-up. - Leading distributed, international teams and contractors across multiple sites. - Hands-on RFQ/RFP, vendor selection and contract negotiation. - Program management background across Agile and Waterfall environments; industry certifications such - as PMP, PgMP or PfMP preferred. Preferred Qualifications - GPU, HPC or other high-density compute deployments; we will teach the AMD Instinct specifics. - DC modeling for rack, power and capacity planning, plus reporting tools (NetBox, Grafana, Looker or - similar). - International deployments, including import/export and in-country labor rules. - Prior work at a cloud provider, neocloud or large device or server farm What We Offer - Stock Options - 100% paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for Employees - Company Health Savings Account Contributions - 100% paid Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance for Employees - Life and Voluntary Supplemental Insurance Options - Other Insurance Options, such as Pet & Legal Insurance - Various Supplementary Health Benefits, such as discounted Virtual Healthcare Appointments and Serious Illness Support - Flexible Spending Account - 401(k) - Employee Assistance Program - Flexible PTO - Paid Holidays - Parental Leave - Other In-Office Perks Equal Employment Opportunity TensorWave is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
