Strategic Finance Lead (Founding)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Strategic Finance Lead (Founding) based in the United States. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on finance leader to establish and lead the finance function at a fast-growing healthcare technology company. As the first dedicated finance hire, you will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to shape financial strategy, strengthen business performance and support sustainable growth. You will take ownership of financial planning, forecasting, modeling and reporting while translating complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights. Beyond strategic analysis, you will oversee core finance operations and manage external accounting, bookkeeping and tax partners. This is a unique opportunity to build financial systems, processes and infrastructure from the ground up in an ambitious, remote-first environment.
