Sr. Content Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Content Designer based in Canada. The Senior Content Designer will shape how patients experience and understand digital healthcare throughout their care journey. You will transform complex healthcare information into clear, engaging, and accessible content that helps people make informed decisions and feel confident about their next steps. Working within a collaborative product and R&D environment, you will partner with product managers, designers, lifecycle marketers, and clinical teams. You will develop messaging strategies and create content across digital products, emails, push notifications, and other patient communication channels. As the first content design specialist on the team, you will have the opportunity to establish the content design practice, define its standards, and influence how teams communicate. You will also explore AI-powered tools and workflows to improve content quality, consistency, and production at scale.
