Senior Payroll Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to oversee payroll processing and reconciliation across the United States and Canada, while providing backup support for international payroll operations. In this role, you will ensure payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely payments while contributing to a seamless employee experience. You will collaborate closely with global teams across Finance, Accounting, Benefits, Equity, and Human Resources. The position offers the opportunity to improve payroll processes through automation, reporting, and technology-driven solutions. You will also play an important role in strengthening internal controls, maintaining SOX compliance, and resolving complex payroll and tax discrepancies.
