Senior Director, Clinical Operations Business & Excellence

Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Clinical Operations Business & Excellence based in the United States. The Senior Director will establish and lead a centralized Clinical Operations Business Office, shaping the strategy, governance, and operational standards that support a growing clinical development portfolio. This senior leadership role will strengthen clinical trial execution by embedding continuous inspection readiness, consistent quality practices, and effective financial and vendor oversight into everyday operations. The successful candidate will build scalable operating models, improve cross-functional accountability, and use portfolio-wide insights to anticipate risks and drive measurable performance improvements. Working closely with Clinical Development, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and technology teams, this leader will translate strategic priorities into practical, sustainable solutions. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to develop organizational capabilities and help advance clinical programs with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and patient impact.
