Partner Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Partner Engineer to oversee the reliability, performance, and success of critical payroll and HRIS integrations within a growing technology environment. In this role, you will work directly with enterprise customers, external integration partners, and internal engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges. You will take ownership of integration troubleshooting, technical validation, and successful customer implementations. Combining strong API knowledge with customer-facing expertise, you will ensure seamless connections across multiple systems. You will also develop scalable processes, monitoring practices, and tools to improve operational efficiency and prevent recurring issues.
