Growth Marketing (Sr Manager - Sr Director)

Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing (Senior Manager – Senior Director) based in the United States. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Growth Marketing leader to build and scale a measurable, multi-channel growth engine within a fast-growing digital financial services environment. In this strategic role, you will take ownership of the entire customer acquisition funnel, from initial engagement and lead generation to conversion, revenue growth, and long-term client retention. You will also lead initiatives to attract experienced financial advisors and develop scalable recruitment pipelines. Working directly with the CEO and collaborating closely with Content, Product, and Revenue Operations teams, you will have significant autonomy and accountability for business results. You will identify new acquisition opportunities, optimize marketing investments, and establish robust measurement frameworks to drive sustainable growth.
