Business Analyst

Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize customer business requirements. - Translate customer needs and pain points into detailed product requirements and agile user stories. - Prepare and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). - Act as a proxy Product Owner, supporting development and Scrum teams throughout project delivery. - Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams to align business objectives with solutions. - Conduct product gap analysis to identify missing functionalities and improvement opportunities. - Analyze and model business processes to support solution design and implementation. - Support backlog prioritization and ensure requirements are clearly understood by development teams. - Ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations and business objectives. - Apply Agile methodologies and requirements management best practices.
