Executive and Team Assistant

We're looking for an experienced Team and Executive Assistant to act as a trusted operational partner to our COO, helping keep daily workflows, travel, and communications running seamlessly across multiple time zones. You'll connect with Rovio’s senior leadership, our colleagues at SEGA, and internal teams across the business to create a supportive, well-organized environment where everyone can do their best work.  Along with closely partnering with the COO, you'll offer general team assistance across the organisation through calendar management, travel arrangements, and together with the Business Support team ebring memorable internal events and team initiatives to life.
