UI/Accessibility Expert - Front-End Tech Lead

Our partner is looking for a UI/Accessibility Expert - Front-End Tech Lead based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced UI/Accessibility Expert - Front-End Tech Lead to provide technical leadership for the development of staff-facing user interfaces. This senior-level position combines advanced front-end engineering expertise with accessibility leadership and architectural oversight. You will guide the development of scalable, maintainable applications using Angular, SASS, and HTML while establishing consistent engineering standards. A key focus will be ensuring compliance with accessibility regulations and implementing established design systems, including the U.S. Web Design System. You will also lead code reviews, mentor developers, and drive improvements to development workflows and CI/CD pipelines. Working closely with Java backend teams, you will help deliver secure, accessible, and high-quality digital solutions in a government-oriented environment.
