Sr. Director of Product Engineering

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Director of Product Engineering based in the United States. As Sr. Director of Product Engineering, you will lead the strategy, architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise software platforms serving the life sciences industry. You will oversee multiple engineering teams building solutions across eClinical, Clinical Informatics, data integration, analytics, and biometrics. Working closely with Product Management, QA, Validation, Cloud Operations, Security, and business stakeholders, you will ensure products are scalable, secure, reliable, and compliant with industry requirements. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical guidance, particularly across Java, SAS, and R technologies. You will shape engineering roadmaps, strengthen delivery practices, and drive continuous improvements in product quality and operational performance. You will also build and develop high-performing, globally distributed teams while supporting innovation and long-term platform growth.
