Sr. Content Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Content Designer based in Canada. We are looking for an experienced and creative content professional to shape how patients interact with and experience digital healthcare services. In this role, you will transform complex healthcare information into clear, engaging, and accessible content that helps patients make informed decisions throughout their healthcare journey. You will collaborate closely with product, design, marketing, and clinical teams to create consistent and meaningful communication across multiple channels. Combining content strategy with hands-on writing and editing, you will help improve patient engagement and build trust through thoughtful experiences. You will also leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content quality, consistency, and efficiency. As the first content design specialist, you will have the opportunity to establish and develop the content design practice from the ground up.
