Senior Technical Program Manager

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will take ownership of complex enterprise technology implementations, ensuring successful delivery from initial customer kickoff through deployment and post-launch support. You will lead cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, Data, Clinical, and customer IT teams, keeping projects aligned with committed timelines, scope, and business objectives. Combining strong technical expertise with exceptional program management skills, you will oversee integration architecture, manage delivery risks, and drive critical technical decisions. Acting as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, you will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure transparent communication throughout implementation. You will also establish scalable delivery frameworks, improve implementation processes, and mentor the growing program management function.
