Senior Solutions Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer based in Canada. The Senior Solutions Engineer will serve as a technical expert, designing and delivering innovative solutions for complex customer and partner challenges. In this role, you will help organizations maximize the value of an enterprise SaaS platform focused on organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation. You will lead solution development from initial discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, deployment, and early adoption. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Partner Success, and Customer Experience teams, you will help translate business needs into scalable technical capabilities. You will also contribute to platform innovation by identifying emerging market needs and leveraging AI tools to improve solution development and delivery.
