Senior SMB Client Onboarding Partner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior SMB Client Onboarding Partner based in the United States. We are looking for an experienced Senior SMB Client Onboarding Partner to guide small business clients through a smooth transition into new bookkeeping, payroll, and financial service systems. In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout the onboarding journey. You will develop tailored implementation plans, review historical financial records, and help clients establish accurate, compliant processes. Working closely with internal sales and account management teams, you will ensure seamless handoffs and prepare clients for long-term success. Your expertise will help identify workflow improvements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that bookkeeping and payroll requirements are properly addressed.
