Senior Manager, Medical Affairs Operations

Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Medical Affairs Operations based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced and proactive operations leader to support Medical Affairs leadership and drive the successful execution of strategic departmental priorities. Acting as a key operational partner to the Executive Director of Medical Affairs, you will coordinate complex projects, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and improve the systems and processes that support the function. You will work closely with teams across research, clinical sciences, HEOR, and other areas to keep initiatives aligned and moving forward. The role combines project management, stakeholder engagement, operational improvement, and technology adoption in a dynamic biotechnology environment. This position is available on a hybrid basis in Jersey City, New Jersey, or remotely from the U.S. East Coast.
