Senior Global Benefits Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Global Benefits Analyst based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Senior Global Benefits Analyst to support the administration, delivery, and continuous improvement of global employee benefits programs. In this individual contributor role, you will oversee day-to-day benefits operations while providing analytical and administrative support for compensation initiatives. Working across multiple countries, you will collaborate with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, and reliable Total Rewards operations. You will also contribute to audits, regulatory compliance, system enhancements, and process improvements that strengthen the employee experience. Your analytical expertise will help inform benefits and compensation decisions through accurate reporting, data analysis, and actionable insights.
