Senior Game Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Game Designer with strong systems thinking and a solid background in developing large-scale mobile games. You will shape the core gameplay and meta systems, designing progression, in-game economies, rewards, and balancing to support long-term product growth. Working across the full feature lifecycle, you will turn creative concepts into well-documented, engaging player experiences and assess their impact through analytics and experimentation. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that every feature is implemented in line with its design intent.
