About the role

Thispositionislistedonbehalfofapartnercompany,whomanagesallapplicationsandnextsteps.OurpartnerislookingforaSchedulingCoordinatorNewPatientbasedintheUnitedStates. AsaSchedulingCoordinatorNewPatient,youwillplayanessentialroleinhelpingpatientstaketheirfirststepstowardreceivingspecializedcancercare.Youwillcoordinateappointmentsfornewandreturningpatients,ensuringasmooth,timely,andwelcomingschedulingexperience.Actingasakeypointofcontact,youwillcommunicatewithpatientsthroughphonecalls,emails,andincomingrequests.Youwillcollectandverifypatientinformation,explainadministrativeformsandpolicies,andaddressquestionswithprofessionalismandempathy.Workinginapatient-focusedhealthcareenvironment,youwillhelpmaintainaccuraterecordsandensureefficientcoordinationacrossclinicalservices.Thisisameaningfulopportunitytocontributetoamissioncenteredonimprovingpatientexperiencesandadvancingcancercare.
