Our partner is looking for an HR Consultant – HRBP, Benefits Experience (15+ years) based in the United States. As an HR Consultant, you will provide strategic and hands-on human resources support to a diverse portfolio of clients, helping organizations address complex workforce challenges and strengthen their people strategies. You will leverage your extensive HR Business Partner experience and benefits expertise to advise leadership teams, manage employee relations matters, and deliver practical HR solutions. Working across different industries and business environments, you will build trusted client relationships and provide tailored guidance aligned with organizational objectives. You will combine strategic thinking with operational HR expertise to support effective people management and benefits administration. This remote, part-time opportunity offers the flexibility to work with a collaborative team of HR professionals while maintaining meaningful client engagement. Candidates based on the West Coast, particularly in the San Francisco Bay Area, are strongly preferred to accommodate occasional in-person client visits.
